Art. 16 LTar · Autres contestations civiles de nature pécuniaire

1. Pour les contestations civiles de nature pécuniaire, soumises à la procédure ordinaire ou simplifiée, et tranchées en première ou unique instance, l'émolument est calculé d'après le barème suivant

2. Les principes déterminant la valeur litigieuse à considérer pour le calcul des dépens (art. 28) s'appliquent par analogie.

3. Le barème du présent article s'applique également aux procédures sommaires portant sur une contestation de nature pécuniaire et conduisant au prononcé d'un jugement à caractère final.
