1. L'intervention de fonctionnaires de police sur délégation de l'autorité occasionne les dépenses suivantes
a) une indemnité kilométrique de 0.60 franc par véhicule utilisé;
b) un émolument de 20 à 1'000 francs par opération, tel que rapport, graphique, dossier photographique, expertise ou autre intervention;
c) le remboursement des indemnités allouées aux agents selon la législation spéciale.
2. Pour les services d'un huissier judiciaire, il est perçu 25 francs par séance.
