Art. 56 LPJA · d) Dispositions applicables

1. Les règles générales de procédure, notamment celles relatives à l'établissement des faits (art. 17 à 28a) sont applicables.

2. Toutefois, l'autorité de recours notifiera aux parties la note ou le procès-verbal se rapportant à l'audition de personnes entendues à titre de renseignement lorsqu'ils sont versés au dossier postérieurement à sa consultation par les parties.
