Art. 11b LPJA · Jonction et disjonction
1. L'autorité peut, d'office ou sur requête, joindre en une même procédure des affaires qui se rapportent à une situation de fait identique ou à une cause juridique commune.
2. Elle peut, pour des raisons d'opportunité, prononcer la disjonction des affaires jusqu'à la clôture de l'instruction.
