1. Sont abrogées, dès l'entrée en vigueur de la présente loi
a. la loi du 31 janvier 2001 d'application de la loi fédérale du 18 décembre 1998 sur les jeux de hasard et les maisons de jeu (LVLMJ ; BLV 935.51) ;
b. la loi du 17 novembre 1924 relative à la mise en vigueur, dans le canton, de la loi fédérale du 8 juin 1923 sur les loteries et paris professionnels (LVLLP ; BLV 935.53).
