Art. 61 LADB · Interdiction [ 2 ]

1. Le département peut prononcer une interdiction, temporaire ou définitive, de vendre et de servir des boissons alcooliques en cas d'infraction aux dispositions de la présente loi ou de la législation fédérale en rapport avec la vente et le service de boissons alcooliques ou la lutte contre l'abus d'alcool.
