Art. 56 LADB · Contribution à la fondation de la formation professionnelle
1. Il est institué une fondation destinée au financement de la formation professionnelle et continue des métiers de bouche.
2. L'Etat et les organisations professionnelles des métiers de bouche y sont représentés de droit.
3. La fondation est alimentée par un émolument dont le montant est identique à celui prévu par le règlement [C] en application de l'article 55. Ce montant est versé chaque année à la fondation.
