Art. 55 LADB · Emolument de surveillance

1. Le Conseil d'Etat fixe par voie réglementaire [C] le tarif des émoluments destinés à couvrir les frais effectifs relatifs au travail de l'administration occasionné par la surveillance ordinaire des établissements.

2. Les communes peuvent percevoir selon leurs règlements des émoluments permettant de couvrir les frais effectifs relatifs au travail administratif ainsi engendré.
