Art. 16 LADB · Discothèque [ 2 ]

1. La licence de discothèque permet d'exploiter un établissement avec et sans alcool dans lequel la clientèle a la possibilité de danser. Pour les établissements avec restauration, elle permet de servir, en outre, des mets à consommer sur place.

2. Elle ne permet pas la vente à l'emporter de mets ou de boissons avec et sans alcool.
