Art. 8 LVLFo · Arrondissements forestiers (LFo, art. 51, al. 2)

1. Le territoire du canton est divisé en arrondissements forestiers, dont l'étendue est déterminée par le département.

2. Chaque arrondissement forestier est dirigé par un inspecteur des forêts.

3. L'inspecteur des forêts est responsable de l'application de la législation forestière et de la politique forestière cantonale dans son arrondissement.
