Art. 4 LAF · Plan d'affectation et plan de quartier de compétence municipale [ 6, 12, 21 ]

1. Les mesures d'aménagement du territoire et les mesures de remaniement parcellaire doivent être coordonnées.

2. L'approbation d'un plan d'affectation ou d'un plan de quartier de compétence municipale prévus par la loi sur l'aménagement du territoire et les constructions (LATC) [E] peut être subordonnée à un remaniement parcellaire.

3. L'autorité compétente peut de même subordonner l'approbation de travaux d'améliorations foncières à l'adoption ou à la modification d'un plan d'affectation ou d'un plan de quartier de compétence municipale.

4. Il peut également prononcer le raccordement d'entreprises d'améliorations foncières exécutées à l'aide de contributions publiques avec d'autres entreprises de ce genre si les conditions naturelles et techniques le permettent et le recommandent.
