Art. 23 LEmp · Communication et renseignements

1. Aux fins de déterminer le droit au RI et aux mesures d'insertion et d'assurer le suivi des bénéficiaires, le département en charge de l'aide sociale [S] et le Service, ainsi que les organes d'application, se transmettent notamment

a. les données d'identification du bénéficiaire;

b. les données relatives au RI;

c. les conclusions du bilan professionnel, du bilan social et de la stratégie d'insertion;

d. les données relatives aux mesures d'insertion professionnelle et sociale;

e. les données relatives aux sanctions.
