Art. 21 LEmp · Attributions du Service

1. Le Service est compétent en matière d'insertion professionnelle des bénéficiaires du RI.

2. Il organise

a. la prise en charge des demandeurs d'emploi aptes au placement et au bénéfice du RI, pour toutes les questions liées à l'emploi conformément aux chapitres 1 et 2 du présent titre;

b. les mesures cantonales d'insertion professionnelle.
