1. L'Etat de Vaud dispose d'une caisse de chômage chargée d'exécuter les tâches qui lui sont dévolues en application de la LACI [B] , ainsi que celles qui lui sont confiées par la présente loi.
2. La caisse cantonale est soustraite à la loi sur les finances (LFin) [X] .
3. Le contrôle de la gestion, les révisions des paiements et la surveillance sont effectués conformément à la LACI.
