Art. 122a LSP · Psychologues psychothérapeutes [ 2, 8, 33 ]

1. Le psychologue psychothérapeute administre des traitements dont l'efficacité est reconnue. Il n'est pas habilité à prescrire ou à administrer des médicaments.

2. Le psychologue psychothérapeute attire l'attention du patient sur l'opportunité d'en référer à un médecin lorsque son état exige un examen ou un traitement d'ordre médical ; cette indication figure au dossier du patient.
