Art. 15 LVCR · b) Extension de la compétence municipale [ 7, 13, 14 ]

1. Dans la mesure où la police communale est habilitée à constater et dénoncer l'infraction, l'autorité municipale de la commune où l'infraction a été commise est compétente pour réprimer par voie d'amende d'ordre perçue par les policiers communaux ou par voie de sentence municipale les contraventions mentionnées dans l'annexe I OAO [F] .

2. Lorsque l'une des infractions mentionnées à l'alinéa précédent est constatée par un agent de la police cantonale, elle sera réprimée par l'autorité préfectorale.
