Art. 11 LVCR · Police cantonale [ 13 ]

1. La police cantonale est compétente pour constater sur tout le territoire cantonal et dénoncer à l'autorité de répression prévue au chapitre suivant et à l'autorité administrative toutes les infractions aux dispositions de droit fédéral ou cantonal en matière de circulation routière.

2. La police cantonale est seule compétente pour constater et dénoncer les infractions commises sur les autoroutes et les semi-autoroutes.
