1. Afin de vérifier que les soumissionnaires et leurs sous-traitants remplissent les conditions de participation et satisfont aux critères d'aptitude, l'adjudicateur peut notamment exiger, en tenant compte du marché en question, certaines preuves mentionnées à titre d'exemple à l'annexe 1.
