1. S'agissant de la transformation ou de l'agrandissement de bâtiments frappés d'une limite de construction découlant de la présente loi, l'article 82 de la loi sur l'aménagement du territoire et les constructions [D] est applicable par analogie. L'autorisation nécessaire est notamment refusée lorsque la transformation ou l'agrandissement projeté sont de nature à diminuer la sécurité du trafic.
