Art. 14 LRou · Acquisition de terrains

1. Les terrains nécessaires à l'ouvrage peuvent être acquis de gré à gré, par remaniement parcellaire ou par expropriation.

2. Les expropriations nécessaires à la réalisation de l'ouvrage font l'objet d'une procédure distincte. La loi sur l'expropriation [E] est applicable.
