Art. 88 LE · Perfection de l'expropriation

1. L'expropriation est parfaite du jour où le conservateur du registre foncier a envoyé l'avis prévu par l'article 80.

2. La propriété des immeubles et les droits expropriés sont alors acquis à l'expropriant, indépendamment des mutations et radiations à faire au registre foncier ou du transfert de la possession.
