Art. 83 LE · Répartition amiable

1. Simultanément à la notification prévue par l'article 80, le conservateur du registre foncier informe l'exproprié qu'il peut lui annoncer dans les vingt jours son intention de produire une convention écrite signée par tous les titulaires de droits réels sur l'immeuble exproprié, fixant la répartition de l'indemnité entre eux.

2. Si l'exproprié fait usage de cette faculté, le conservateur du registre foncier lui fixe un délai convenable, de trois mois au moins, pour lui produire cette convention.

3. Il verse alors l'indemnité conformément à la convention.
