Art. 80 LE · Communication aux expropriés

1. Le conservateur du registre foncier informe l'exproprié du paiement en lui notifiant que la procédure de répartition est ouverte et qu'il a un délai de vingt jours pour contester l'exactitude du montant versé pour lui.

2. L'intérêt prévu par l'article 78, alinéa 2, cesse de courir.
