Art. 55 LE · Communication à la partie adverse [ 3 ]

1. Le greffier du tribunal d'arrondissement communique un exemplaire du recours à la partie intimée en lui indiquant les droits qui découlent pour elle de l'article suivant. Il transmet le dossier complet au Tribunal cantonal.
