Art. 38 LE · Instruction obligatoire

1. Le tribunal est tenu

1. de procéder à l'inspection des immeubles qu'il est appelé à évaluer ou qui font l'objet de droits à estimer;

2. de convoquer les parties à ces inspections et de les entendre sur place, elles ou leurs conseils;

3. de verbaliser les conclusions que les parties formulent au moment de leur audition.
