1. Le président du tribunal compétent pour former et présider le tribunal d'expropriation est celui de l'arrondissement où sont situés les immeubles à estimer ou la majeure partie de ces immeubles d'après l'estimation fiscale.
1bis. Aucune prorogation de for n'est autorisée.
2. Le tribunal se constitue et a son siège au tribunal d'arrondissement ainsi déterminé.
3. Il dispose du greffe du tribunal d'arrondissement.
