Art. 9 LATC · Adoption et approbation

1. Le Conseil d'Etat transmet au Grand Conseil le plan et le rapport de consultation.

2. Le Grand Conseil adopte le plan. Ce dernier peut prévoir que certaines parties peuvent être modifiées par le Conseil d'Etat.

3. Le Conseil d'Etat transmet le plan au Conseil fédéral pour approbation.
