Art. 54 LATC · Obligation d'équiper

1. Les collectivités concernées procèdent à l'équipement des terrains situés en zone à bâtir dans le délai prévu par leur programme d'équipement, au besoin de manière échelonnée, dans un délai maximum de 10 à 15 ans.

2. Elles peuvent faire passer sur les fonds d'autrui les réseaux souterrains, moyennant indemnisation des propriétaires. La loi sur l'expropriation [G] est applicable.
