Art. 43 LATC · Approbation
1. Le département approuve le plan adopté par le conseil sous l'angle de la légalité et de sa conformité au plan directeur cantonal.
2. La décision du département et les décisions communales sur les oppositions sont notifiées par écrit à la municipalité et aux opposants. Ces décisions sont susceptibles d'un recours au Tribunal cantonal avec libre pouvoir d'examen.
3. Le service constate l'entrée en vigueur du plan.
