Art. 39 LATC · Oppositions ou observations collectives lors des enquêtes publiques

1. En cas d'observations ou d'oppositions collectives lors des enquêtes publiques, leurs auteurs désignent un représentant commun auprès duquel ils élisent domicile. Celui-ci est habilité à participer en leur nom et pour leur compte à tous les actes de la procédure. A défaut de représentant commun désigné, le premier signataire en fait office.
