Art. 1 LVLHR · Désignation du Service compétent
1. Le Conseil d'Etat désigne par voie réglementaire le Service qui gère les relations avec la Confédération en matière de registres des habitants et autres registres de personnes au sens de l'article 9 LHR [A] et qui procède aux contrôles de qualité s'y rapportant.
2. Le Service mentionné à l'alinéa 1 est le responsable du traitement au sens de la loi sur la protection des données personnelles (LPrD) [C] .
