Art. 1 LStat · Buts

1. La présente loi a pour but de

a. définir les missions de la statistique cantonale;

b. organiser la statistique cantonale;

c. garantir le secret statistique;

d. constituer la base légale pour l'exécution des relevés statistiques cantonaux;

e. favoriser la coopération avec la Confédération, les cantons, les communes et des organismes régionaux internes ou externes au Canton;

f. garantir l'accès à l'information statistique disponible.
