Art. 38 LAEF · Prescription

1. Le droit de demander restitution s'éteint cinq ans après le versement de la dernière allocation. Si la créance naît d'un acte punissable pour lequel le droit pénal prévoit un délai de prescription plus long, celui-ci est déterminant.
