Art. 49 LEPS · Subventions allouées dans le cadre de la coopération et des politiques publiques

1. Le département peut autoriser le service à verser des montants annuels n'excédant pas CHF 50'000.-- au bénéfice de projets, groupes de travail ou personnes morales ayant pour objet de

a. concrétiser une collaboration régionale, intercantonale ou transfrontalière à l'élaboration, la coordination, la recherche et l'amélioration des politiques publiques dans les domaines visés par la présente loi ;

b. permettre ou faciliter l'application de la législation fédérale, d'un accord intercantonal ou d'un accord de coopération transfrontalière.
