Art. 84 LUL · Commission de recours [ 1 ]

1. La Commission de recours est indépendante de l'Université.

2. Elle est composée de quatre à six membres et d'un président, désignés par le Conseil d'Etat.

3. La loi sur la procédure administrative [H] est applicable à la procédure devant la Commission de recours.
