Art. 20 LVLFPr · Retrait

1. Lorsque l'entreprise ou le réseau ne remplit plus les conditions de l'autorisation, le département la retire.

2. Préalablement, il peut accorder un délai à l'entreprise ou au réseau pour rétablir la situation.
