Art. 15 LVLFPr · Principe (20 al. 2 LFPr)

1. Tout entreprise ou réseau d'entreprises ou d'institutions formatrices (ci-après : réseau) doit être au bénéfice d'une autorisation de former délivrée par le département.

2. Chaque formation prévue par le droit fédéral requiert une autorisation spécifique.
