Art. 73 RLVLFPr · Contrat de formation (art. 40 LVLFPr)

1. L'apprenti peut résilier par écrit en tout temps le contrat de formation.

2. L'école, par le directeur, peut résilier le contrat de formation notamment si l'apprenti ne remplit pas les conditions de promotion fixées par le département ou pour des raisons disciplinaires.
