Art. 52 RSDAJ · Assurance accident
1. Le Service pénitentiaire veille à ce que les personnes détenues avant jugement soient assurées pour des accidents pouvant survenir durant la détention.
2. A titre subsidiaire, les personnes détenues avant jugement sont couvertes contre les accidents par la police d'assurance conclue par le service.
3. L'étendue de la couverture est fixée par la convention signée entre le Service pénitentiaire et l'assureur accident.
