1. Le Tribunal cantonal établit les principes applicables en matière d'honoraires dus à titre de dépens et en arrête le tarif [D] .
2. Dans les autres cas, les honoraires de l'agent d'affaires breveté sont fixés par analogie avec le tarif en tenant compte notamment de l'usage, de l'importance et de la difficulté de l'affaire et du résultat obtenu.
