Art. 103 LNo · a) compétence

1. Sous réserve de l'article qui précède, toutes les décisions disciplinaires appartiennent à la Chambre des notaires.

2. La Chambre transmet au département les cas où une décision au sens de l'article 30 de la présente loi peut être envisagée.
