Art. 64 LPAv · Rémunération de l'avocat suppléant
1. L'avocat suppléé ou ses ayants droit indemnisent l'avocat suppléant et supportent les autres frais de la suppléance.
2. Lorsque l'avocat suppléé ou ses ayants droit font défaut, l'indemnité est versée par l'Etat.
3. En cas de divergence au sujet de l'indemnité due à l'avocat suppléant, ou lorsqu'elle doit être versée par l'Etat, la Chambre en fixe le montant.
