Art. 10 LPAv · Dispositions pénales
1. Toute personne qui commet une contravention aux articles 4, 7 et 8 précédents est punie de l'amende.
2. La poursuite est exercée conformément aux dispositions de la loi sur les contraventions [C] .
3. Si l'intérêt public l'exige, la publication du jugement dans un ou plusieurs journaux, aux frais du condamné, peut être ordonnée.
