1. Sauf dispositions légales contraires, les délais fixés en jours par la loi ou par l'autorité ne courent pas
a. du septième jour avant Pâques au septième jour après Pâques inclusivement ;
b. du 15 juillet au 15 août inclusivement ;
c. du 18 décembre au 2 janvier inclusivement.
2. L'alinéa premier n'est pas applicable dans les procédures relatives à l'effet suspensif et à d'autres mesures provisionnelles.
