Art. 78 LPA-VD · Recours tardif
1. Lorsqu'un recours paraît tardif, l'autorité interpelle le recourant en lui impartissant un bref délai pour se déterminer ou pour retirer son recours.
2. Si le recours est retiré, la cause est rayée du rôle sans frais.
3. Si le recours n'est pas retiré, l'autorité peut rendre une décision d'irrecevabilité sommairement motivée. Elle statue sur les frais et dépens.
