Art. 71 LPA-VD · Frais

1. La procédure de réclamation est gratuite.

2. Il n'est pas alloué de dépens.

3. L'autorité peut néanmoins mettre tout ou partie des frais à charge du réclamant qui agit de manière téméraire ou par légèreté.
