Art. 7 LPA-VD · Transmission et échange de vues
1. L'autorité qui s'estime incompétente transmet la cause sans délai à l'autorité qu'elle juge compétente.
2. L'autorité qui tient sa compétence pour douteuse procède à un échange de vues avec l'autorité qu'elle estime compétente.
3. Les parties sont informées de la transmission ou de l'ouverture d'une procédure d'échange de vues.
