Art. 30 LPA-VD · Collaboration des parties
1. Les parties sont tenues de collaborer à la constatation des faits dont elles entendent déduire des droits.
2. Lorsque les parties refusent de prêter le concours qu'on peut attendre d'elles à l'établissement des faits, l'autorité peut statuer en l'état du dossier.
