Art. 24 LPA-VD · Jonction et disjonction de procédures

1. L'autorité peut, d'office ou sur requête, joindre en une même procédure des affaires qui se rapportent à une situation de faits identique ou à une cause juridique commune.

2. L'autorité peut ordonner la disjonction de procédures introduites conjointement si elles ont été jointes indûment ou si leur traitement commun est de nature à compliquer leur déroulement.
