Art. 115 LPA-VD · Conciliation
1. Le président du Tribunal arbitral des assurances assigne les parties à une audience et tente la conciliation. Si la conciliation échoue, il désigne les arbitres.
2. Les parties peuvent faire des propositions d'arbitres. Le président n'est pas lié par elles, mais il doit respecter le principe d'une composition paritaire du tribunal.
